Ingredients for MANGO MALAI KALAKAND Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces Ripe mango
  • 0.67 Tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 Cup Milk
  • 33.33 Gms Paneer
  • 0.33 Tbsp Milk powder
  • 0.17 Tbsp Crushed pistachio
  • 0.17 Tsp Green cardamom powder

Directions: Mango Malai Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop mangoes into small pieces and blend to make a paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat mango puree and 2 tbsp sugar until thick considtency.
  • STEP 3.Add milk powder and cook for 5 - 6 mins until thick,now the base is ready
  • STEP 4.We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
  • STEP 5.Boil milk till it reduced to half and then add paneer and 2 tbsp sugar powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins then switch off the gas.
  • STEP 7.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Grease the plate and firstly pour the mango mixture and spread on the plate now transfer the malai layer over the mango mixture garnish with crushed pistachio.
  • STEP 9.Set half an hour in the fridge .
  • STEP 10.Cut into diamond shape and serve it.
