Ingredients for Manchurian Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1.50 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 To Taste Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 3/4 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1.50 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions: Manchurian Recipe

  • STEP 1.How to Make Veg Manchurian
  • STEP 2.To prepare the vegetable balls:
  • STEP 3.Take all the veggies, finely chopped, in a bowl along with ginger, garlic, corn flour, maida, salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
  • STEP 4.Mix them well, adding water as required for consistency.
  • STEP 5.Make round balls out of the thick vegetable mixture.
  • STEP 6.Now deep fry the vegetable balls in a pan.
  • STEP 7.Heat some oil in a pan and roast ginger, garlic and green chilli in it for a while
  • STEP 8.Add spring onion, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce and vinegar followed by salt and black pepper.
  • STEP 9.Mix them well and add a mixture of corn flour plus water to the pan.
  • STEP 10.Mix thoroughly and put the fried vegetable balls into the mixture.
  • STEP 11.Properly mix the balls along with the sauce.
  • STEP 12.Garnish with spring onion and celery. Serve hot along with cooked rice.
