STEP 1.First wash mushroom then cut it and saute it in a little bit of oil until its water dissolve
STEP 2.Grinders all the masala in blender to grind and make masala for this recipe and put aside
STEP 3.Now take a pan and grind onion tomato chilly
STEP 4.Now put a little bit oil in pan and then add cumin seed ginger garlic paste in it saute for few seconds then add onion tomato paste in it
STEP 5.After the paste saute you can add salt red chilly black pepper turminc powder in it add few drops of water to make the paste cook well Now add a pinch of sugar and the 1/2 tsp of masala which we made
STEP 6.After this add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
STEP 7.Now put peas in it now cover the pan for 3 to 4 minutes
STEP 8.Now remove the lid from the pan and mix the mushrooms in it and check the consistency of the gravy
STEP 9.Add some water summer the gas for 15 minutes
STEP 10.After that remove the lid and check that the mushrooms and peas are cooked properly if yes then add 1/2tsp of masala again and then tomato ketchup
STEP 11.Now make the flame high and check the gravy consistency you can make gravy according to your choice dry or a little bit gray
STEP 12.Now add cream on it and cook it Now its aroma lost your control to eat
STEP 13.After 2 to 3 minutes its ready to serve
STEP 14.Serve hot with rice and roti
