  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 1/2 cup poha
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp spicy green chillies ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • as required Salt as required
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required Coriander chutney

How to Make Makhana -poha Rolls Recipe

STEP 01

Dry roast makhana in griddle till crispy. Cool and grind to make flour. Wash and soak poha

STEP 02

.In mixing bowl add makhana flour, soaked poha, besan, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, green chillies ginger paste, turmeric powder,garam masala salt,sugar and lemon juice. Mix well to make smooth dough.

STEP 03

Divide into 6 equal portions. Make cylindrical shape rolls.

STEP 04

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden brown.

STEP 05

Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Makhana-Poha Rolls with coriander chutney.
