Ingredients for LYCHEE KALAKAND Recipe

  • 3.75 Pieces Lych
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh paneer
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 0.06 Cup Sugar
  • 0.06 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Crushed almonds

Directions: Lychee Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a non stick pan cook lychee puree for 4 - 5 mins in a low flame.
  • STEP 2.Now add paneer / cottage cheese and mix them together followed by milk.
  • STEP 3.Keep stiring to prevent the mixture from sticking.
  • STEP 4.When mixture leaves the sides switch off the gas.
  • STEP 5.Let it cool and now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Pour the mixture over greased plate.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with crushed almonds.
  • STEP 8.After two hours cut them into pieces
