Ingredients for Lemon coriander soup Recipe

  • 0.33 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • A Few Drops Lemon juice few drops
  • 0.67 tsp Onion finely chopped
  • 0.67 tsp Carrot finely chopped
  • 0.67 tsp Cabbage finely Chopped
  • 0.67 tsp Sweet corn
  • 0.08 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 0.17 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Corn flour
  • as required water
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Oil

Directions: Lemon Coriander Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 2.Add garlic, onion and saute till theres no raw smell.
  • STEP 3.Mix finely chopped vegetables and saute for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add water about 3 to 4 cups and allow to boil.
  • STEP 5.Now mix pepper and salt.
  • STEP 6.Add corn flour mixed with little water.
  • STEP 7.Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
