How to Make Lemon Coriander Soup Recipe
STEP 01
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
STEP 02
Add garlic, onion and saute till theres no raw smell.
STEP 03
Mix finely chopped vegetables and saute for few minutes.
STEP 04
Add water about 3 to 4 cups and allow to boil.
STEP 05
Now mix pepper and salt.
STEP 06
Add corn flour mixed with little water.
STEP 07
Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
