  • 1/4 chicken breast, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 spring onion leaves, chopped
  • 3/4-1 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • As required oil for frying
