STEP 1.First take a bowl add besan salt turmeric powder coriander powder cumin powder red chilli powder and mix well
STEP 2.Now add ginger garlic green chilli sugar and curd and mix well
STEP 3.Now add water in to 3-4 batches and mix well now make a lump free batter and keep it side
STEP 4.Now heat the pen add oil then add crushed peanut then add cumin and sesmee seeds and mix well
STEP 5.Now add the besan batter and coriander leaves & stir continuously until mixture removes the pen and make the lump free dough
STEP 6.Now transfer the mixture in the gress tin now cool down the mixture atleast half an hour
STEP 7.Now cut the pieces of the mixture and heat the oil and deep fry the all wadi and serve hot 🔥
