STEP 1.Take a pan add water and Bring it to a boil when the water starts boiling add noodles in it and boil it for 8-10 mins . Don't over cook else they will turn saggy .
STEP 2.Take a bowl add chilli flakes , soya sauce , vinegar, green chilli sauce , seasoning (optional) and Salt as per your taste .
STEP 3.Pour hot oil , when you hear a sizzling sound add noodles in it and mix it well .
STEP 4.Serve it and enjoy
