Ingredients for Khoya burfi Recipe

  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 50 gms Khoya
  • 1/4 g As needed sugar
  • 1/4 g Pistachios for garnish

Directions: Khoya Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok boil milk, bring it to boil a little thicken, now add khoya and sugar, cook on low flame, keep stirring, cook it till it becomes thicker.
  • STEP 2.Grease a plate with ghee, add mixture, and cut when a little cool.
  • STEP 3.Then garnish it with pista flakes. leave it to cool down and then cut into pieces.
