Ingredients for Khichdi paratha Recipe

  • as required water
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Leftover khichdi
  • 0.13 cup dahi
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.13 cup Jowar flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required Salt

Directions: Khichdi Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one cup left over khichdi ( it can be any type of khichdi too ) I have used plain khichdi Take a bowl and add khichdi , wheat flour , jowar flour
  • STEP 2.Then add haldi , oil , asafoetida , salt , dahi , chopped chilli and ginger and cheese .
  • STEP 3.Now make a semi soft dough out of it with water.
  • STEP 4.Roll thin parathas out of the dough and then shallow fry the parathas on tawa Parathas are ready to grab your hunger
