How to Make Kansas City Ribs Recipe

Method

STEP 01

Clean and prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the underside of the ribs. Remove any fat or meat.

STEP 02

Prepare the smoker or grill.

STEP 03

Collect all the ingredients for the rub.

Either use the mixture immediately or store it in an air-tight container that can be kept for 6 months long.
