  • 1/2 Litre lit milk
  • As Required Half kg curd
  • As Required Coriander
  • As Required Dry fruits kaju
  • As Required Imly chutney
  • As Required Zeera
  • As Required Green mint chutney
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tsp Fresh pomegranate
  • 1/2 Tbsp Boil the milk just add vineger and drain the extra water and take out fresh paneer add
  • 1/2 Litre Boil the milk and vineger and make fresh chhena now make a small balls and boil then..not much only for

  • STEP 1.First boil the milk
  • STEP 2.Add veinger
  • STEP 3.Make chhena
  • STEP 4.Make balls by adding one tsp rice powder
  • STEP 5.Make a ball of that
  • STEP 6.Boil that drain the water and cool for some time now
  • STEP 7.Place the chhena balls add curd add salt as per taste,add imly chutney,add mint chutney add pomegranate and few kaju and coariender for granish..and serve the authentic kalkata ki chhena chaat...
  • STEP 8.Serve it with garnish coariender and pomegranate seeds
