Milk kalakand is healthy desert. It is rich in calcium and proteins nutrients. Good for bones and muscles of your body. It control body weight and maintain cholestrol level of your body.
STEP 1.Take a bottom round pan add 1 litre milk and boil on high flame. Grate the paneer now. Boil until 1/3 of milk is left add grated paneer to it. After mixing paneer turn the flame high now. Add 1 cup sugar, cardmom powder and stir it continuously. Add 1/4 pinch of yellow food colour to the milk mixture and cook it until moisture disappear. Pour the kalakand mixture into a greased plate and set it with spatula. Now, garnish with chopped dry fruits. Let it set for 2 hours at room temperature. Afer 2 hours cut the barfi in square shape. Delicious kalakand is ready to taste.
