How to Make Kalakand π Recipe
STEP 01
Take a bottom round pan add 1 litre milk and boil on high flame. Grate the paneer now. Boil until 1/3 of milk is left add grated paneer to it. After mixing paneer turn the flame high now. Add 1 cup sugar, cardmom powder and stir it continuously. Add 1/4 pinch of yellow food colour to the milk mixture and cook it until moisture disappear. Pour the kalakand mixture into a greased plate and set it with spatula. Now, garnish with chopped dry fruits. Let it set for 2 hours at room temperature. Afer 2 hours cut the barfi in square shape. Delicious kalakand is ready to taste.
