  • 50 Gram rated paneer
  • 1/4 Litre ml milk
  • As Required Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp ghee
  • 1/4 Pinches pinch salt
  • 1/2 Pinches Kesar

  • STEP 2.Add ghee ,kesar and sugar. Mix , salt nd cardamom powder. Mix well....
  • STEP 3.Set on a butter paper. Bring to cool down to normal temperature...,..
  • STEP 4.Keep in the refrigerator for an hour to set properly.Cut into desired pieces, garnish with almonds, some colorful sprinkle and serve the delicious Kalakand.
