- 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder

How to Make Kalakand Recipe
STEP 01
Firstly crumble or grate the paneer, then heat 1 tsp pure ghee In a nonstick kadai.
STEP 02
Add the condensed milk, milk powder and add grated paneer in it then mix well it.
STEP 03
When the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of pan, switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and mix well it.
STEP 04
Transfer mixture to a greased deep plate, Cool for it an hour or till its well set and cut it into pieces. Garnish with chopped pista and Serve it !
