Ingredients for Kalakand Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Paneer/indian cottage cheese
  • 0.07 Litre ml Milk made or Amul condensed milk
  • 33.33 g rms milk powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.33 tsp butter or pure ghee
  • 3.33 Pieces Chopped pistachio pieces

Directions: Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly crumble or grate the paneer, then heat 1 tsp pure ghee In a nonstick kadai.
  • STEP 2.Add the condensed milk, milk powder and add grated paneer in it then mix well it.
  • STEP 3.When the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of pan, switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and mix well it.
  • STEP 4.Transfer mixture to a greased deep plate, Cool for it an hour or till its well set and cut it into pieces. Garnish with chopped pista and Serve it !
