Ingredients for Jeera aloo Recipe

  • a few Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.33 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • a few Curry leaves
  • as required Salt
  • 0.08 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • as required Oil
  • As Required Green chilies
  • as required Coriander leaves chopped

Directions: Jeera Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the potatoes in small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a kadai take oil and add jeera, curry leaves and green chillies and as it crackles add turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped boiled potatoes and cook for 2 mins.
  • STEP 3.Then add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.. Garnish with coriander leaves.. Your instant chatpata jeera aloo is ready.. Serve with chapati Or dal rice.
