How to Make Jeera Aloo Recipe

STEP 01

Cut the potatoes in small pieces.

STEP 02

In a kadai take oil and add jeera, curry leaves and green chillies and as it crackles add turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped boiled potatoes and cook for 2 mins.

STEP 03

Then add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.. Garnish with coriander leaves.. Your instant chatpata jeera aloo is ready.. Serve with chapati Or dal rice.
