Ingredients for Jaggery paratha Recipe

  • 0.13 Cup refined flour
  • 0.13 Cup whole wheat flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 g tbsp ghee+ bastin
  • 0.13 Cup grated jaggery
  • 0.06 Cup almond powder
  • 0.06 Cup pistachios powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 Tbsp white sesame seeds

Directions: Jaggery Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix refined flour, wheat flour, salt and ghee in a bowl it add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Mix jaggery,almond powder, pistachios powder, desiccated coconut and sesame seed in another bowl...
  • STEP 3.Divide dough into the equal portions.roll out into thick discuss, apply some geeh and place a spoonful of jaggery mixture in the centre.
  • STEP 4.Bring edges together and seal to make balls. Dust with refined flour and roll out into thick parathas.
  • STEP 5.Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the paranthas on it, one by one, and cook, basting with ghee, till evenly done on both sides..
  • STEP 6.Ready to serve...
