Ingredients for Hotel style neer chutny Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 0.13 cup 1/2 Cup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Powder
  • 1/4 cup curd/imli pulp
  • 1/2 g Green chilli
  • 0.13 g Inch ginger
  • 2.50 g Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tbsp Rai
  • 1/4 Tbsp Udad daal
  • 1/2 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/4 A Pinch Asafoetida

Directions: Hotel Style Neer Chutny Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, we will heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add both almonds and gram dal and fry them.
  • STEP 2.When it gets fried, put it in the mixer jar, then add ginger, green chillies, coconut powder and curd and make a paste in the mixer. Now add water if needed. Now add salt as per taste to it.
  • STEP 3.Now we will add tadka to it, for that tadka will put oil in the pan, then add mustard seeds to it and when it gets tadka, add red chili, urad dal, curry leaves and asafoetida to it and add tadka.
  • STEP 4.Now chutney is ready
