Ingredients for Gur wali chai (jaggery tea) Recipe
2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Jaggery powder
1/2 teaspoon Crushed black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Crushed ginger
1 teaspoon Tea leaves
Directions: Gur Wali Chai (jaggery Tea) Recipe
STEP 1.Heat water in a saucepan and boil it.
STEP 2.Add tea powder,crushed black pepper and ginger. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 3.Now add milk and boli 2 to 3 minutes for low flame.
STEP 4.After 3 minutes switch off the flame and add jaggery powder mix it.
STEP 5.Strain the tea and enjoy.
