Ingredients for Gur wali chai (jaggery tea) Recipe

  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Tea leaves

Directions: Gur Wali Chai (jaggery Tea) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat water in a saucepan and boil it.
  • STEP 2.Add tea powder,crushed black pepper and ginger. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Now add milk and boli 2 to 3 minutes for low flame.
  • STEP 4.After 3 minutes switch off the flame and add jaggery powder mix it.
  • STEP 5.Strain the tea and enjoy.
