Ingredients for GULKAND PEDA 😊 Recipe

  • 1/10 Cup Butter
  • 0.35 Cup Condensed milk
  • 0.40 Cups Milk
  • 0.40 Tbsp Gulkand
  • 0.40 Tbsp Rose syrup
  • 1/20 Cup Chopped pistachios

Directions: Gulkand Peda 😊 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1/2 cup butter and 1.75 cup condensed milk to it. Microwave it on high flame for 1 minute and mixed 2 cups of milk powder in it. Microwave on high for 5 minutes and mixed after every minute. After 5 minutes batter forms lumpsy doesn't stick to spatuala. Add 1/2 tbsp cardmom powder and 2 tbsp rose syrup to it. Mixed both ingredients properly. In a small bowl add 2 tbsp gulkand and 1/4 cup chopped pistachios mixed them. Now, make pedas while it is still warm stuff in gulkand mixture in it. Healthy and delicious gulkand peda is ready to taste.
