STEP 1.For chasani in a pot add 2cup of water, add sugar,2 cardamom seeds in a medium flame and cook for 10-15mint to chasani little thick. Off the flame and keep aside with cover.
STEP 2.In other bowl add gulab jamun powder, cardamom powder mix well and little water/milk using to make a soft dough. Than make some little balls without any crackers.
STEP 3.In a pan heat oil very low flame and lightly fry all balls and keep aside. After than all gulab jamun balls put into sugar syrup and rest in 15-20mints and cover it. After than see the ball's size becomes big like market size sweet. Garnish with dry fruits almond,pistachio as like choice and serve it so yummy.
