Ingredients for Grilled Potato Wedges Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Grilled Potato Wedges Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into round thick pieces.

  • STEP 2.Now put red chili powder, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves on those cut pieces.

  • STEP 3.Now put cornflour, chaat masala and lemon juice on it and mix it well.

  • STEP 4.Now they are ready to grill.

  • STEP 5.Sprinkle some oil in the grill pan and arrange the potato pieces.

  • STEP 6.Now cook these pieces on medium flame, turning them upside down, till they become golden.
