Ingredients for Grilled Bombay Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Bread slices
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp reen chutney as required
  • 3 Pieces Tomato slices
  • 3 Pieces Cucumber slices
  • 3 Pieces Boiled potato slices
  • 3 Pieces Onion slices
  • 3 Pieces Capsicum slices
  • 1 Pinches Chat masala

Directions: Grilled Bombay Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Smear some butter on the bread.
  • STEP 2.Top with a layer of chutney.
  • STEP 3.Arrange the veggies on the bread slice and top with chat masala. Close the sandwich.
  • STEP 4.Place the sandwich on the skillet. Spread butter and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Slice the sandwich into half and serve with green chutney.
