Ingredients for Grill Besan Bread Toast Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Besan flour
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp spicy green chillies ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 cup Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 0.13 tsp Soda bi carb
  • as required Salt as required
  • 2 Pieces Bread slices
  • as required Oil for roasting
  • 1/2 As Required Green chutney to serve

Directions: Grill Besan Bread Toast Recipe

  • STEP 1.In mixing bowl add besan, turmeric powder,green chillies ginger paste,red chilli powder, salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add water to make semi thick batter. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and sod bi carb. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Dip each bread slice in prepared besan batter.
  • STEP 4.Place on hot grill tawa. Roast on both sides with little oil till crispy golden. Prepare All similarly.
  • STEP 5.Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Grill Besan-Bread Toast with green coriander chutney, hot tea/ coffee.
