Ingredients for Gobhi ke pakode Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Gobhi
  • 1 tsp Besan
  • as required Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Green coriander
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 0.13 Cup C water

Directions: Gobhi Ke Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly,prepare a besan batter by adding into it salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,mixed herbs and corianders.
  • STEP 2.Now add water according to the thick consistently
  • STEP 3..Then after that cut, all the cauliflowers.
  • STEP 4.Now marinate this cauliflower or gobhi in that besan batter and leave it for 10 mins.
  • STEP 5.Atlast fry all the coated cauliflower and deep fry it until crisp golden brown in colour
  • STEP 6.Ready to serve hot.
