STEP 1.Pill the carrots skin and grate it...
Add ghee in to thick layer pot after mix grated carrots..
Stir continuously...
After 5 mins add the milk ...
Stir continuously until carrot be soft
STEP 2.After whole milk dissolve in carrot add the sugar ...stir continuously...in law to medium flame .
STEP 3.When saperate the ghee add cardmon powder . After cook for 2 mins
STEP 4.Now turn of the flame and garnish with ur favourite dry fruits.
STEP 5.You can eat with your choice hot or cold both type dessert.
