How to Make Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe
STEP 01
Pill the carrots skin and grate it... Add ghee in to thick layer pot after mix grated carrots.. Stir continuously... After 5 mins add the milk ... Stir continuously until carrot be soft
STEP 02
After whole milk dissolve in carrot add the sugar ...stir continuously...in law to medium flame .
STEP 03
When saperate the ghee add cardmon powder . After cook for 2 mins
STEP 04
Now turn of the flame and garnish with ur favourite dry fruits.
STEP 05
You can eat with your choice hot or cold both type dessert.
