Ingredients for Gajar ka Halwa Recipe

  • 250 gm Carrot
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 250 g Ml milk
  • 1 As Required Table spoon of cardmon powder
  • 50 gm Ghee
  • 1 g spoon mix Dry fruits for garnish

Directions: Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pill the carrots skin and grate it... Add ghee in to thick layer pot after mix grated carrots.. Stir continuously... After 5 mins add the milk ... Stir continuously until carrot be soft
  • STEP 2.After whole milk dissolve in carrot add the sugar ...stir continuously...in law to medium flame .
  • STEP 3.When saperate the ghee add cardmon powder . After cook for 2 mins
  • STEP 4.Now turn of the flame and garnish with ur favourite dry fruits.
  • STEP 5.You can eat with your choice hot or cold both type dessert.
