All of us are very much worried about evening snacks. So today I am going to share my quick and easy recipe with all of you which is easy and quick to make. let's start.....
STEP 1.First peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Now cut into cubes. Now wash these pieces thoroughly two to three times with water so that all the starch is removed completely. By removing the starch completely, these shorts become more crispy.
STEP 2.Now take hot hot water in a bowl and add a tablespoon of salt. Now pour all the cube in this water and let it soak for about five minutes. After that wash it with normal water and spread it on the kitchen towel to dry. By doing this, the sari moisture inside it will be removed. If possible, keep it in the fridge for half an hour. By doing this, its crispiness will increase even more.
STEP 3.Now place a pan on the gas and heat the oil in it on a medium flame. Now slowly pour all the cube into it and fry it on a medium flame till it turns golden. Take it out and spread it on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. Now add salt, red chilli and chaat masala and mix well.
STEP 4.French shots of potato ready. Serve it with hot tea.
