Ingredients for French Omelette Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped green beans
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Directions: French Omelette Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and put chopped veggies.

  • STEP 2.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 3.Beat eggs with a whisker, adding salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.

  • STEP 4.Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick pan.

  • STEP 5.Pour egg batter in pan and spread evenly with help of spoon.

  • STEP 6.When it cooked 80% put cooked veggies on one side and also add pepper and 1 tsp butter.

  • STEP 7.Roll in cylindrical shape and serve immediately.
