STEP 1.Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and put chopped veggies.
STEP 2.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Beat eggs with a whisker, adding salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
STEP 4.Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick pan.
STEP 5.Pour egg batter in pan and spread evenly with help of spoon.
STEP 6.When it cooked 80% put cooked veggies on one side and also add pepper and 1 tsp butter.
STEP 7.Roll in cylindrical shape and serve immediately.
