Ingredients for Fluffy Omelette Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Powder sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions: Fluffy Omelette Recipe

  • STEP 1.take two bowls
  • STEP 2.Separate egg yolk from the eggs, yolks in one bowl and egg white in another bowl.
  • STEP 3.Now beat the egg yolk with salt and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Now add sugar in egg white bowl and whisk well with help of an electric beater, beat well till mixture turns foamy. Foamy texture is the point when we have to stop whisking. If the bowl is turned upside down, it won’t fall, this is the point where eggs are whisked properly and ready to go to pan.
  • STEP 5.Now add the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture and fold gently (don’t over mix)
  • STEP 6.Now take a pan, add butter, transfer the mixture and spread nicely with help of spatula (but don’t spread too much)and cook under cover for few minutes under low flame.
  • STEP 7.After 4-5 minutes, mixture will turn firm, upper layer will remain white only but cooked properly (make sure it’s not liquid liquid).
  • STEP 8.The foamy texture will turn little hard, that means it’s cooked properly. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  • STEP 9.Now transfer carefully to serving dish and serve with stir fry veggies
  • STEP 10.enjoy to the fullest
