Ingredients for EGG OMLETTE Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • As Required Coriander Leaves
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Egg Omlette Recipe

  • STEP 1.· In a bowl, break two eggs and beat it properly.
  • STEP 2.· Now add onion, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves and salt. Give a good mix.
  • STEP 3.· Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Pour the egg mixture on the pan.
  • STEP 4.· Cook on medium flame, once one side is cooked slowly flip the omelette.
  • STEP 5.· Let the other side also cook well.
  • STEP 6.· Once done serve it hot with toasted bread slices
