STEP 1.· In a bowl, break two eggs and beat it properly.
STEP 2.· Now add onion, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves and salt. Give a good mix.
STEP 3.· Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Pour the egg mixture on the pan.
STEP 4.· Cook on medium flame, once one side is cooked slowly flip the omelette.
STEP 5.· Let the other side also cook well.
STEP 6.· Once done serve it hot with toasted bread slices
