STEP 5.Add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and mix well

STEP 8.Batter is ready to get fried, batter consistency should not be too thick or liquid, it should be of moderate consistency, if it’s liquid then add few bread pieces.
STEP 9.Now take Appe pan, brush little butter in each mould, drop batter with spoon 🥄, cover and cook / fry for 3-4 minutes under low flame
STEP 10.Flip other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, fritters are cooked well.
STEP 11.Egg Fritters are ready to serve.
