Ingredients for Egg Fritters Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • 1.25 Pieces Bread slices
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1/4 Pieces Medium onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.38 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Egg Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.take bread slices
  • STEP 2.cut into small small pieces
  • STEP 3.Crack eggs
  • STEP 4.Add milk and whisk well
  • STEP 5.Add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and mix well
  • STEP 6.Add bread pieces, mix well and keep in rest for 10 minutes
  • STEP 7.Add chopped onion, green chilli (optional) and mix well
  • STEP 8.Batter is ready to get fried, batter consistency should not be too thick or liquid, it should be of moderate consistency, if it’s liquid then add few bread pieces.
  • STEP 9.Now take Appe pan, brush little butter in each mould, drop batter with spoon 🥄, cover and cook / fry for 3-4 minutes under low flame
  • STEP 10.Flip other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, fritters are cooked well.
  • STEP 11.Egg Fritters are ready to serve.
