Ingredients for Dry fruit mixture Recipe

  • 25 grams Singhada aata
  • 62.50 grams Desi Ghee
  • 50 grams Sugar powder
  • 25 grams Almonds
  • 12.50 grams Pistachios
  • 12.50 grams Cashew
  • 12.50 grams Gond
  • 12.50 grams Coconut (dry and grated)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardmon powder
  • 2 Pieces Kesar Leaves

Directions: Dry Fruit Mixture Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Grind some gond coarsly.
  • STEP 2.2. Grind almonds, cashews and pistachios as well.
  • STEP 3.3. In a pan heat some ghee. To it add grinded gond. Let them puff up. Take them out in a plate.
  • STEP 4.4. To the leftover ghee in the pan, add singhada aata, fry till golden brown. Once ready take it out in a bowl and let it cool.
  • STEP 5.5. To the bowl add all the ingredients and mix throughly.
  • STEP 6.Jamashtami Prasad is ready.
