Ingredients for Diwali Special Chatori Chaat Board Recipe

  • 0.38 Cups maida
  • 1.25 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Kalonji
  • 1/4 Kg Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp Black salt
  • 0.06 Tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fried peanut
  • 1/4 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 3/4 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 3/4 Tbsp Green chillies sliced
  • 0.06 Cup Sweet tamarind chutney
  • 0.06 Cup Spicy green chutney
  • 1/4 Cup Hung curd
  • 1/4 Tbsp Boondi
  • 0.06 Cup Sev
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon wedges
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat masala
  • 3/4 Cups Fried Puffed Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin powder

Directions: Diwali Special Chatori Chaat Board Recipe

  • STEP 1.To the bowl add Maida salt 1)4 TSP oil 4 tbsp and knead a tight dough using water.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough tn two balls. Keep one ball as ut is. To the other ball of dough add kalonji and knead again. Cover both the dough with damp cloth and rest it for 20 mins.
  • STEP 3.From simple rice roll small chaat puris. Using fork poke all the puris and deep fry on medium low flame. Chaat puris are ready.
  • STEP 4.From the kalonji dough make large balls and roll out them thin. Cut strips out of it and deep fry them on medium law flame. Kalonji strips are ready.
  • STEP 5.To the bowl add rice flour, salt, ajwain and knead a tight dough. Roll thin logs using palm cut the logs and make circular murukku as shown in platter. Deep fry all the murukku in oil on medium low flame. On hot friend murukku sprinkle Black salt red chilli powder According to taste. Spiced murukku or Chikori is ready.
  • STEP 6.To hung curd add black salt cumin powder and chat masala according to taste .
  • STEP 7.Spread this hung curd in a narrow plate. Put sweet tamarind chutney and spicy green chutney to it. Add some boondi, chopped onion tomato and boiled potato. Sprinkle some red chilli powder. Add coriander leaves, sliced green chillies and sev. Chaat dip is ready.
  • STEP 8.To the bowl of fried murukku add remaining chipped onion, tomato and potato. Add coriander leaves and sliced green chillies fried peanuts. Season with red chilli powder, chat masala and black salt according to the taste. Mix it and fill in paper cones. Dry bhel is ready.
  • STEP 9.To assemble the Chatori chaat board place the hung curd dip in center. Arrange papdi, kalonji papdi, chikori and dry bhel comes peripheral to the bowl of dip.
  • STEP 10.Put lemon wedges on board . You can always add the snacks according to your choice. You can even season anything according to your taste.
