  • 1/20 cup Urad dal
  • 1/20 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/20 teaspoon methi seeds
  • As required yogurt .... as needed
  • 1/10 teaspoon Green chillies
  • 1/10 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/20 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Eno ..... as needed
  • 1/10 teaspoon lemon juice .. for each batch
  • As required coconut .... for garnishing
  • As required coriander leaves .. for garnishing
  • As required Slit green chillies .. Saute and use for garnishing
  • 1/10 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/10 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • pinch asafoetida ..... a generous
  • 1/100 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tablespoon Oil
