Ingredients for Dhaba style paneer bhurji Recipe

  • 50 gms Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh green coriander leaves

Directions: Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • STEP 1.First heat oil and butter in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Once the butter melts, add in the chopped onions and green chillies. Saute it.
  • STEP 3.Add in the ginger garlic paste. Mix well and saute for a minute or two.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix.
  • STEP 5.Now add in the besan and cook on low heat until aromatic.
  • STEP 6.Next, add the chopped tomatoes. Cook until they soften and oil starts appearing on the sides.
  • STEP 7.Add little water and adjust the gravy .
  • STEP 8.Add the crumble paneer and mix well. Cover it and simmer for a minute or two.
  • STEP 9.add in garam masala , kasuri methi, and chopped green fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • STEP 10.The Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve. Enjoy with paranthas or bread.
