Ingredients for Dhaba Style Egg Varta #Egg #BMST Recipe

  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1/2 Tbsp arglic grated
  • 1/2 Tbsp rgreen chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp Green coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriendier powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masal
  • 1/2 tbsp kasuri mathi
  • 2.50 tbsp card

Directions: Dhaba Style Egg Varta #egg #bmst Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok or fry pan, add chopped ginger-garlic-chilli and saute it for few seconds until the raw smell goes off. Now add chopped onions and salt, fry it till it turns light brown in color .
  • STEP 2.When onions are cooked properly and become golden brown in color then add chopped tomatoes and saute it for 2-3 minutes- Add tomato ketchup and again mix it well and cook in on low flame for a minute.
  • STEP 3.add sugar and all the powdered spices and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes. Furthermore, cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.If the mixture is looking dry you can add few splashes of water but not too much. Next, add yogurt to the masala and cook it for another 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add the sliced eggs and keep stirring until the yolks get mashed into the masala and you see the egg whites only.
  • STEP 6.At this stage add chopped coriander
  • STEP 7.leaves and mix it and again cover it for 2 minutes. Open the lid and mix the bharta and switch off the gas.
  • STEP 8.Garnish it with eggs and coriander leaves.
