Ingredients for Dhaba Style Egg Curry Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Hard boiled eggs
  • 1/5 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/5 Pieces onions. finely chopped
  • 1/5 tsp Garlic and ginger paste
  • 1/20 cup Curd
  • 1/5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.40 tbsp Butter
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/5 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/5 Pieces Clove
  • 1/5 Pieces Dry red chili
  • 1/5 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/5 tbsp Choped Coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Dhaba Style Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Toss peeled boiled eggs in salt, turmeric, and chili powder.

  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add eggs to the pan and toss in medium-hot until you see small brown blisters.

  • STEP 3.Heat butter in a skillet, add dry red chili, clove and bay leaf, saute for 30 seconds until smokey.

  • STEP 4.Add chopped onion, saute for 3-4 minutes till onion will soften and start to brown.

  • STEP 5.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute, stirring in between.

  • STEP 6.When there is no raw smell of ginger garlic, lower heat and add chopped tomato, sauté for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 7.Mix turmeric and chilli powder in curd.

  • STEP 8.Add this curd mixture in gravy and mix well.

  • STEP 9.Add garam masala powder, salt and 1/2 cup water, cook for 2 more minutes.

  • STEP 10.Add boiled and fried eggs, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 11.Now add kasoori methi and coriander leaves, switch off the heat.

  • STEP 12.Serve hot dhaba style egg curry with plain boiled rice.
