Ingredients for Dates oats smoothie Recipe

  • 1 Cup dates seedles
  • 1 Pieces banana frozen
  • 2 Cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Oats powder
  • 1 Tsp Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon pwd
  • As Required Some ice cubes
  • As Required arnishing Some chocolate syrup

Directions: Dates Oats Smoothie Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take seedless dates in a blender with oats ,
  • STEP 2.Walnuts with little milk and blend few sec.
  • STEP 3.Now add in banana with chia seeds,ice
  • STEP 4.Cubes,cinnamon pwd and some milk.
  • STEP 5.Blend into smooth paste.
  • STEP 6.Now swirl some chocolate syrup in glass then pour the dates milkshake in glass
  • STEP 7.4)garnish with some cinnamon pwd,chia seeds with walnuts and serve 😋
