Curry leaves Fritters Recipe

Recipe By Deepa Rupani

#monsoon Curry leaves is one of my favourite ingredient. It is always available in my kitchen. Basically curry leaves are used in dal/kadhi etc. & for tempering. Aroma & flavour of tender curry leaves makes our dish more tempting. We can dry it & store it for use when it is not available fresh or as I am Jain, some days we can't use fresh green vegetables, at that time dried curry leaves can be replaced with fresh leaves. We can make curry powder from it adding some other spices along with curry leaves. This calcium rich leaves have lots of health benefits along with skin & beauty care also. Today made fritters of curry leaves stalks ,very quick & easy to make. Enjoy rains with this different fritters.
