Curd poha is healthy and nutrious breakfast in the morning. It has full of proteins, vitamins, fibre and starch content. It is light snack and easy to digest. Boost instant enery and maintain body weight.
STEP 1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil to it. Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds and some curry leaves for nice aroma. Saute it all ingredients for 5 minute until urad dal turns into golden brown in colour. Now, add 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, 2 green chillies to the tadka mixture. Sauted it for 2 minutes more. In a bowl add 1 cup curd, 1/4 tbsp salt tempering before mixed well all ingredients properly. Add 1 cup thick poha just before serving. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Yummy curd poha is ready to taste.
