Ingredients for CURD POHA 😊 Recipe

  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tbsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 Tbsp Urad dal
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cumin seed
  • A Stem Curry leaves
  • 0.06 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 3/4 Tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chillies
  • 1/4 Cups Poha

Directions: Curd Poha 😊 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil to it. Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds and some curry leaves for nice aroma. Saute it all ingredients for 5 minute until urad dal turns into golden brown in colour. Now, add 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, 2 green chillies to the tadka mixture. Sauted it for 2 minutes more. In a bowl add 1 cup curd, 1/4 tbsp salt tempering before mixed well all ingredients properly. Add 1 cup thick poha just before serving. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Yummy curd poha is ready to taste.
