  • 0.33 Cup Urad dal
  • As Required Oil
  • 0.33 Cups Curd
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Curd Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix and grind all over night soaked ingredients.
  • STEP 2.Add required salt.mix well..
  • STEP 3.spread the batter very lightly to make a dosa.
  • STEP 4.When the base becomes golden and crisp, flip the dosa. When the second side also gets golden and crisp, lift the dosa with a spatula and serve.
  • STEP 5..serve with sambar or chutney..
