How to Make Curd Dosa Recipe
STEP 01
Mix and grind all over night soaked ingredients.
STEP 02
Add required salt.mix well..
STEP 03
spread the batter very lightly to make a dosa.
STEP 04
When the base becomes golden and crisp, flip the dosa. When the second side also gets golden and crisp, lift the dosa with a spatula and serve.
STEP 05
.serve with sambar or chutney..
