STEP 1.First, take boiled corns in a grinder & grind them to a coarse paste. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add rice flour & cornflour to it. Mix it well. Now add chopped onions, capsicum, green chili & ginger to it. Add all spices to it as mentioned. Mix all ingredients well & make a dough-like. Grease your hands & take some portion of this dough. Put this mixture on an ice cream stick & give it the shape of a kabab . Heat oil in a pan & fry these kababs on medium flame till golden brown. Our crispy corn kabab is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney & salad.
