  • 1/4 Cup full cream milk
  • 1/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 Cup hung curd
  • 1/2 Tbsp cornflour
  • As Required Blue colour
  • As Required Orange colour
  • As Required Red colour
  • As Required reen colour

Directions: Colorful Kharwas Or Colorful Milk Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixer grinder.add hung curd and cornflour in it and mix it well without any lumps.
  • STEP 2.Now add milk and condensed milk and blend it in a mixter into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Now transfer the mixture into a flat vessel or in a tiffin box made of alluminium.add all food gel just two three drips.with the help of toothpick just gently mix...
  • STEP 4.Now put the vessel inside the cooker with a stand and water inside it or in a kadai or steamer and steam it for 30 mins in a low flame.

  • STEP 5.Your milk pudding is now ready. Let it come to the room temperature then transfer it into the fridge for half an hour to set completely. Serve it chilled.
