Ingredients for COCONUT BARFI Recipe

  • 0.40 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.40 Cups Coconut powder
  • 1/5 Cup Milk
  • 0.40 Tbsp Sugar
  • As Required Chopped dry nuts
  • As Required Fresh milk cream

Directions: Coconut Barfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and 2 cup of coconut powder stir it for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup milk to the barfi mixture and stir it on low flame. Add 2 tbsp fresh milk cream to the barfi mixture and mixed well for 5 minutes. Now, add 2 big spoon of sugar to the barfi mixture and stir it continously for 10 minutes. Slightly press it now milk is dry almost. Switch off the flame now. Greased the plate with ghee and transfer the barfi mixture to it. Set it with spatuala from all sides. Dressing it with silver vrak. Let it cool down at room temperature and set it for 2 hours. After 2 hours cut the barfi into square shapes and garnished with some chopped dry fruits. Delicious coconut barfi is ready to taste.
