STEP 1.1. Soak 100 gm chole in 2 glass water , add 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp soda , 1 tsp tea , 1 tsp ajwain .
STEP 2.2. Boil them in kadhai .
STEP 3.It will take 10 to 12 mins .
STEP 4.3. 1 katori water add half tsp kala namak , half tsp kali mirch , 1 tsp nav-bahar chutney , half tsp amwala powder , 1 tsp anaar dana churan , 1 tsp chana masala , 1 tsp red chilli powder . Mix them together.
STEP 5.4. Add refined in the kadhai wait until its hot then add 1 tsp badi elaichi , 1 tezz paat patta , chopped giner then add wet ingredients which is shown in above step .
STEP 6.Mix them together
STEP 7.5. Now add boiled chole. Cook it for 2 min on low flame .
STEP 8.6 . Chole is ready to serve and add tarka.
STEP 9.7. Serve hot.
STEP 10.Add diced panner if you like it . Serve it with onions and green chilli
