How to Make Chinese Stir Fry Lettuce With Garlic & Oyster Sauce Recipe

STEP 01

1 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil.

STEP 02

2 to the hot oil add 2 tbsp oyster sauce ,4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 3mm of ginger finely chopped and ½ tsp roughly ground ginger and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 03

3 then add 1 tbsp sugar and salt to taste and stir well.

STEP 04

4 add 1 head of lettuce cut into big pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes. Toss together well with the sauce.

STEP 05

5 transfer to a dish and serve with rice.
