  • 1/2 Packet Noodles - Hakka noodles
  • As Required Veggies - Thinly sliced carrots
  • As Required capsicum...red onions
  • As Required Cabbage
  • As Required reen Onions
  • As Required Sauces and seasonings - Soy sauce
  • As Required White vinegar
  • As Required chill sauce (green chilli sauce (preferred) or red chilli sauce
  • As Required or sriracha). Sugar
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required pepper powder
  • As Required Aromatics - ginger
  • As Required arlic
  • As Required and green chilies (optional)

  • 1/2 Kg Potatoes cut into French fries style
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon maida
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • As Required Capsicum
  • As Required Onions
  • As Required Tomato sauce
  • As Required Spring onions
  • 1 Packet masala e magic

Directions: Chilly Potato , Noodles With Mayo Veggies Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Recipe of noodles:
  • STEP 2.1 - Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling, sufficiently salted water as per package instructions.
  • STEP 3.Depending on the type of noodles used, cooking time will vary.
  • STEP 4.2 - Once noodles are cooked drain the water completely and run them through cold water to stop cooking.
  • STEP 5.3 . Toss with 1 tablespoon oil (or as needed) so they are evenly coated (to prevent them from sticking). Keep aside.
  • STEP 6.4. In a wok (preferably) or large skillet heat oil on medium-high and once hot add oil along with ginger garlic and green chili (optional). Saute for a few seconds until fragrant.
  • STEP 7.5.Add sliced spring onions and red onions, saute until they start to turn translucent. We don’t need to brown these.
  • STEP 8.6. Stir in the bell pepper (red, yellow, green) along with carrots. Saute for a minute on high. Do not overcook.
  • STEP 9.7. Add the cabbage and mix well. The veggies should be half cooked or crunchy.
  • STEP 10.8.Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and make space in the center and add the sauce mixture (soy sauce, chilli vinegar, green chilli sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar (optional but recommended to balance the flavors).
  • STEP 11.9. Mix and cook the veggies in the sauce for a few seconds.
  • STEP 12.10.Add the noodles and mix it properly with vegetables nd sauce..
  • STEP 13.11.Now add the special masala e magic in it nd mix it properly....
  • STEP 14.12.Switch off the heat and garnish with some green onions.
  • STEP 15.Our masala e magic noodles is ready. .
  • STEP 16.Recipe of chilly potato:
  • STEP 17.1.Cut potaotes into cubes. To a large bowl, add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons flour.( Don't add salt other wise potatoes become soggy)
  • STEP 18.2.Meanwhile heat oil in a wok/kadai on medium flame deep fry all the potatoes randomly.
  • STEP 19.3 . After cool down potatoes again mix some cornflour and deep it once again one by one.
  • STEP 20.4.In a measuring jar or bowl, add soy sauce ,vinegar, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup and sugar. Mix until all is well combined and set aside.
  • STEP 21.Also mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until cornstarch dissolves completely and set aside.
  • STEP 22.6.Heat oil. Once oil is hot, add the ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute for 1 minute.
  • STEP 23.7.Then add the chopped capsicum nd inions
  • STEP 24.8. Cook for 2 minutes. Veggies should remain crunchy and you should cook on high heat.
  • STEP 25.9.Add in the prepared sauce and mix and lower heat to medium.
  • STEP 26.10. Then add in the prepared cornstarch mixture.Mix well, sauce will begin to thicken. Add additional 2 tablespoons water.
  • STEP 27.11.Add the masala e magic pouch into it for good taste nd aroma.
  • STEP 28.12. Stir in the fried pototes Toss to combine the potaotes with the sauce.
  • STEP 29.13.Turn off heat and garnish with green onions.
  • STEP 30.Ingredients for mayo veggies salad
  • STEP 31.Mayonnaise, grated veggies like carrot, cucumber,and cabage , 1 teaspoon castor sugar
  • STEP 32.In a mixing bowl add all the grated veggies, mayonise and castor sugar together and mix well , cool down for half an hour and serves cool.
  • STEP 33.Serve Chilli potato ,noodles with Mayo veggie salad with special tadka of masala e magic😍😍
