Ingredients for Chicken Reshmi Kebab Recipe

  • 0.17 pieces boneless chicken small pieces
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 0.33 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.17 cup hung curd
  • 0.33 tsp green chilli paste
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Processed cheese
  • 0.33 tsp White pepper powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Green coriander Chopped
  • 0.33 tsp kasoorie methi
  • 0.67 tbsp Fresh cream

Directions: Chicken Reshmi Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.First Marination, In a bowl put Chicken pieces and add lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste; mix properly for around 5 mins, then cover with a lid and let it rest for 30 mins.
  • STEP 2.Second Marination, Make a second white marinade. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix properly and keep it in the fridge.
  • STEP 3.After 30 mins, mix the marinated chicken again for 5 mins and then squeeze the chicken pieces and put them into the white marinade and mix properly. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days for best results.
  • STEP 4.After 3 days , set 5 kebabs in the skewers and start cooking on a gas tandoor. After 3 mins, turn the skewers and repeat the same process 5-6 times.
  • STEP 5.Now serve the kebabs with sliced onion, and mint coriander green chutney.
