  • 100 gms Chicken mince
  • 0.33 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 0.33 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.33 g eg
  • 0.33 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.33 g Bread for bindin
  • as required Salt
  • as required Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Red capsicum cubed
  • 0.33 g reen capsicum cubed
  • 0.33 Bunches medium size onion cubed
  • 0.33 g Spring onion white cubed
  • 1.33 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.33 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 0.33 tbsp Cornflour slurry
  • 0.33 g Ginger chopped

How to Make Chicken Manchurian Recipe

STEP 01

For Manchurian Balls

STEP 02

Add Chicken Mince to blender, egg, cornflour, pepper powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, bread slice and make a paste

STEP 03

Grease your palm and make Balls

STEP 04

In a pan heat oil and add rge Balls

STEP 05

Fry on medium heat for 2 mins

STEP 06

Flip sides and fry golden in colour, set aside

STEP 07

For the Gravy

STEP 08

In a pan heat oil, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chiliies and fry for 2 mins

STEP 09

Add spring onion white, cubed onion and fry for 2 mins

STEP 10

Add cubed red & green capsicums and fry for 2 mins

STEP 11

Add cornflour slurry and little water.

STEP 12

Add fried Chicken Balls, coat well

STEP 13

Add little water and some chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens

STEP 14

Plate and enjoy
